VOYA
Marketing
Voya is a two-tower development in Parkside Village, a master-planned community in Mississauga, Ontario, developed by Amacon.
Launched in Spring of 2021, my team was responsible for rolling out the branding, signage, brochure, website, e-blast campaigns, marketing videos, social media, and sales events.
Marketing and Strategy
Working alongside Vanderbrand Group, we created beautiful branding for this project that would echo its unique architecture and speak to its connection to the city and nature.

We introduced signage, brochure, business cards, and more to help our expert sales team perform on the floor and sell to purchasers.

Online we created multiple campaigns throughout the year to market the project on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and other media outlets to collect leads, registrations, and traffic to our website.
The Result
Voya was a smashing success, selling out within a matter of weeks. We broke records with this project, taking home two NAHB's National awards for Best Signage and Best Model Suite.

Our media spending came far below what we had predicted, and we were under budget with this project.
