Akira, now operating as TELUS Health Virtual Care, provides on-demand access to healthcare professionals through secure virtual appointments.

Akira came to us looking for branding and design solutions to differentiate itself through a clear, human-centered brand experience that reflects TELUS’s tech-forward values while prioritizing patient empathy and accessibility.

Quality virtual care – anytime, anywhere

The goal behind the Akira design was to create a clear site structure that was simple to navigate and provided friendly user experience. The first iteration would include a striking yet comprehensive landing page, a visual walkthrough of how the service works, featured clinical team members, FAQ, contact form and a blog for the latest news.
